Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

Online purchases made through elysianoutfitters.com will be valid for a full refund if it is postmarked within 14 days from the delivery date. If it is between 15 and 30 days of your delivery date, you may return your item for store credit only.

ALL PURCHASES FOR SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, OR GIFT CARDS ARE FINAL SALE.

Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached. All returned items must be accompanied by the original receipt. Returns that do not meet our guidelines will be sent back at the customer's expense. Unacceptable returns will be held in our warehouse for 30 days. After 30 days, the items will be donated to charity.

We cannot provide exchanges (or holds) due to limited inventory. If you would like a different size or color, we suggest ordering the new item and returning the original item. A refund for the original item will be issued.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
1. Please read our return policy to ensure your items meet our guidelines before attempting a return.
2. Include the packing slip that came with your package in your return. If you do not have the slip that came with the order, please write the name you placed the order under on a slip of paper and include that in with your item.
3. Mail the return to the address that is listed on the packing slip. The address is:

4. Returns can be sent back in any box. (Shoes must be shipped back in the original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box to avoid shipping damage. Damaged shoes or shoe boxes will not be accepted.
